To activate regional oyster tourism, we developed the Sapphire Coast Oyster Trail experience.
The project connected oyster farmers, restaurants, and tourism operators under the Oyster Trail banner to create a new, market-ready tourism product. A media event, strategic digital campaign and media program ensured the initiatives ultimate success.
